Holly is a senior partner of both Executive Source Partners and Aboriginal Management Search Inc. She has spent over 20 years in the executive search business in both Saskatchewan and Alberta, though her assignments have taken her from coast to coast. She was one of the two Partners who led the Canadian Search Practice for Deloitte, and negotiated the sale of this business along the acquisition of the Western Canadian piece of the practice. Executive Source Partners continues to be a key alliance partner with Deloitte, serving their corporate clients’ search needs across the country.
Holly is a Saskatoon native, and a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with both a BComm and MBA. She is also a Fellow Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Personnel Professional. Holly is a Licensed Leadership Assessment professional.
Holly has spent many years in her prior consulting life as an organizational consultant. Today, Holly is looked upon as one of Saskatchewan’s experts on Labour Market matters. She has recently presented to the federal Advisory Panel on Labour Market Information in Halifax, twice presented to Enterprise Saskatchewan on Labour Market Strategy, Co-Chaired the Saskatchewan Labour Market Commission, served as a Director on the Literacy Commission, and is Immediate Past Chair of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce and a Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Holly was named one of Saskatchewan’s Women of Influence in 2006.
